About Rural Stress Helpline

Rural Stress Helpline is a project of
The Arthur Rank Centre,
Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire CV8 2LG
Tel 0845 094 8286
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

In the past year 198 people contacted the helpline for support or information, generating 1056 calls. A call may last 5 minutes or an hour. It’s very important that the caller feels listened to. Sometimes the caller will be very distressed and will need support and encouragement to talk about their difficulties.
