RELATE As the country’s largest provider of relationship support, we help over 150,000 people of all ages every year. We do this through our national network of 76 Centres working at 600 locations as well as by phone, online and via SMS text. Our services include relationship counselling for individuals and couples; family counselling; counselling for children and young people; and sex therapy. We also provide friendly and informal workshops for people at important life stages. |

The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) is a grant-making charity that supports members of the farming community facing need, hardship or distress. We were founded in 1860 and have an unbroken history of providing long-term care and emergency help. The help is provided for retired farmers, farm workers and working farmers and their families who find themselves in financial difficulties. In 2010 RABI is very proud to be celebrating its 150th anniversary. |

Samaritans Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide. Whatever you're going through, whether it's big or small, don't bottle it up. We are here for you if you're worried about something, feel upset or confused, or just want to talk to someone. Samaritans is available to anyone in the UK and Ireland and we offer our service by telephone, email, letter and face to face in most of our branches. |

YANA The YANA Project is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness amongst the Norfolk agricultural community. It also offers support by offering confidential ‘off the record’ help and advice from sympathetic GPs or counsellors. YANA can provide funding for counselling to those in the wider farming community either with counsellors recommended by the patient’s own doctor or counsellors in the YANA team. Forms requesting funding can be downloaded from the YANA website. This is a totally confidential service. |
