Rural Stress Helpline
What's important to the public when they call a helpline?
The Helpline Association has a Quality Standard which is a thorough check against a comprehensive list of criteria to see if a helpline
is providing the best possible service. They are currently developing a new version of the Standard and they want
to make sure they include the things that are particularly important to you, the helpline user. They have an online
survey that allows you to tell them what's most important to you when contacting a helpline. It's very brief
(only five questions) and it's totally anonymous. They won't ask for your name.
Please help improve helpline services - visit the survey at

We will publish the results of the survey in early 2011.
